1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and ct4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing ct4444 through any device or browser, by registering an account, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ct4444 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ct4444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and ct4444.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ct4444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of any person employed by ct4444 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended ct4444 account.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order on ct4444 or any affiliated platform.

ct4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required.

ct4444 conducts age verification checks on all accounts before full access is granted. Until verification is complete, deposit limits and withdrawal functionality may be restricted. Players who cannot satisfy age verification will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned, less any applicable processing fees.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on ct4444. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ct4444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any balances and void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ct4444 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct4444 support immediately via live chat or the contact details on our Support page.

ct4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, money laundering activity, or any conduct that ct4444 considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the ct4444 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ct4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be displayed in the Player's account wallet section.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are specified within the Player's account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. ct4444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider remain your responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your ct4444 wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect, subject to your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and processed to your nominated payment method within 1–3 business days depending on the channel.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ct4444 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.

ct4444 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the Player where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems. In such cases, any bonuses activated by the reversed deposit will also be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ct4444 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports betting enhanced odds. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and must be read in full before the bonus is accepted.

General conditions applicable to all ct4444 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and over only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balances are exhausted, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• ct4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion or abuse of promotional mechanics will be voided and the associated account reviewed.

ct4444 retains the right to withhold or reverse bonus winnings where it is determined that a Player has exploited the promotion in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer, regardless of whether the conduct constitutes a strict technical breach of the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ct4444 are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market, as published within the platform's rules section. The following general conditions apply to all sports bets unless stated otherwise:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ct4444 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly quoted odds where a palpable error is evident.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised by the Player prior to the relevant event settling.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned or voided, ct4444 will apply the settlement rules specified for the relevant sport and market.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per Player. These are displayed in the relevant market and may be adjusted by ct4444 at its discretion.
• ct4444 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the betting account of any Player who is identified as a consistently sharp or professional bettor, at its sole discretion.

7 Casino & Slots

• Game malfunctions — whether caused by software error, connectivity issues or hardware failure — void all associated plays and any payouts arising from the malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ct4444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus mechanics or defraud ct4444.
• Any activity associated with match-fixing, spot-fixing or the exploitation of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any aspect of the ct4444 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ct4444 as a vehicle to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity or location during the KYC process.

ct4444 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ct4444 reserves the right to share account information, transaction records and communications with the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

9 Responsible Gaming

ct4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player accounts. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal distress, Players are strongly encouraged to make use of the tools available on ct4444 or to seek independent support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ct4444 account holders on request via the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit thresholds on your account.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ct4444 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, audio, video, data compilations and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of ct4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct4444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ct4444 platform without prior written authorisation from ct4444.

Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of ct4444 content — including screenshots used for commercial purposes, mirroring of the platform interface, or use of the ct4444 brand name or logo without permission — constitutes an infringement of these rights and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ct4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ct4444's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct4444 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors or defects.
• The results of any game or bet will meet the Player's expectations or requirements.
• Any particular game will be available at any given time.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ct4444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

ct4444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ct4444 following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any bets placed or transactions completed prior to the effective date will be governed by the Terms in force at that time.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ct4444 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ct4444's internal dispute resolution process.
